Dealfind response sounds so customer service oriented BUT
I have sent 5 emails explaining the situation, quoting my order numbers and the situation. (Vendor - Toner Selection - refused to fill my order.) I received an email last week from Dealfind acknowledging receipt of my ccomplaint, stating that someone would be in touch within 1-2 business days. It's been over a week and still no response. I searched for Dealfind's phone number on the website (dealfind.com).
There is no phone number. My credit card company provided a number in Toronto. I called pressed the # for customer service and what did I get? A programmed message telling me to fill out the form on Dealfind for any issues. No human being to talk to. Completing the form has yielded no results, so now what do I do? Report dealfind to the BBB?
