I have high tolerance for slight delays and slightly off-par customer service, but my first and only experience with DEALFIND is terrible. 

Summary: Product ordered, never came. Kept getting the runaround. Had to do a chagreback to credit card to preserve my rights (closing in on 90 days from charge date). Still no product received. 

Simple facts: 
Order date: 9/12/12
Charge date: 9/12/12
Deal close date: 9/20/12
Email from dealfind: 10/18/12 (assuring me I would receive the product in time)Item should be received by: 10/25/12 (per purchase email stating "3-5 weeks...from date deal closes)
email from dealfind: 11/27/12 "good news" item has shipped. here is tracking info: tracking info shows merchant in hong kong and delivered to dealfind HQ - not my house! 
12/11/12 still no product or response. 

NO WAY to run a business, unless you want to run it into the ground.
