Dean Coleman, Sophia Song, 3 Stone Productions, Ron "The American Dream" Johnson, American Dream Co and I entered into an investment contract for the boxing promotion of 11/6/09 Road to Redemption PPV fight held at the Palms Casino. In addition, we entered into another contract for SuperBowl 44, its week and weekend event lineups.

I was provided a $15,000 check for a portion of my principal back and the check was returned "insufficient".  I learned latter that Dean's criminal back ground consists of the following: Obtaining money under false pretenses, Non-sufficient funds, conducting business w/ out a license, and felony theft.  The "insufficient" check would now constitute his 2nd Felony if filed.

1/22/10 was the due date for the $20,000 principal.  The profit, interest and late fees were due after the SUperBowl, 2/10/10.  In addition to the above, I was to receive 2 SuperBowl tickets with hotel accomodations and it never happened.  They are now avoiding my calls along with calls from other mutual acquaintances.

They are and have been planning another boxing promotion scam for the Floyd Mayweather vs Sugar Shane Mosley fight in May 2010 at the MGM but beware! They have ALL the promotional funds needed from an investor in Canada.  The money being raised is actually for their personal misuse.

Sophia Song, the partner and girlfriend of Dean Coleman, was a longtime family friend who convinced me of a safe and successful investment.  If they can do this among friends, what are they capable of with strangers?

I have sent, via certified mail, my demand of $34,200 which covers all contractual agreements. Unless they make restitution on this by March 1, 2010, I will submit this matter to the Clark County District Attorney for legal action.  Time- is-Tickin

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Wed, October 06, 2010

In response to the claim by this gentleman, It is true that he did invested 15k into the event. I have offered to pay the company their money back once the report was removed. I think the way he went about it is sad and low at best but, I will honor the contract once the lies are removed. If he thinks I am going to pay back he principle with out removing this report of lies well, that's not happening. Our company has tries its best to produce high profile events. Sometimes in business things do not go as planed. But let me say this we have never taken money under false pretenses.
