Complaint Review: Dean Jones and Keith Phillips - mt.view California

Was called buy an unknown number and asked to hold for an attorney. When I asked what the call from the attorney was in reguard to I was told only the attorney could release that infromation... When the attorney came on the line i was told that his name was Dean Jones an attorney with the Internal Federal Revanue Services and Federal Ledgislation of unscured loans . Dean Jones then proceeded to explain that i have took a loan out with un unknown bank to him,and was only asked to retan the loan that was loaned to me .. I asked for the loan amount that was giving to me . Dean Jones told me he was not aware of the amount of the loan but could tell me that the loan was passed due and to take care of this today would cost me $745.75 and could be paid in two amounts the first being $300.00 due then and the rest of $475.00 could be paid within the month. I told Dean Jones that I have not got the money to pay nothing on it right then ,Dean Jones then got upset raising his voice telling me he would just go ahead and fill with the courts and sue me for more money and or prison.... I explained that i dont get my check till the 12th of this month which was on 8/10/09 Dean Jones gave me his partners name Keith Phillips and the phone number of 818-451-4699 and told me to explain to him that my payday falls soon and could pay it then. When I reached Keith Phillips he went into a rage explaining to me he was just going to turn it into the courts as well it was not untill I raised my voice cussing the predictiment Kieth Phillips then told me he would except the payment being paid and for me to fax him asking him to except payment of $300.00 on 8/12/09 with the amount of $475.75 to be paid on or before 9/05/09.Then Keith Phillips told me to call him back when i faxed that to him. When i caled back Dean Jones answered the phone and told me he would see if fax was received . When Dean Jones returned to phone he said that he would call me on the 12th to remind me to call him after i had put the money in the bank so as for him to be able to pull the money from my account. I explained i would send him an moneyorder for the amount he raised his voice telling me that it could only be paid by debit card or the aggrement would be nonavoided and id just be sued and or possiblely inprisoned........Then Dean Jones told me he would take the money from the account in question rather i gave permission or not and i told him that he could not do that cause the account was also in my girlfriends and my name and she is on SSI and this dept is not hers he said he didnt care it is in my name and it is to be paid.  I did as i was asked from the two attorneys and was taken for $745.75 .   I was called again two months later by Dean Jones again the same routen and when i told Dean Jones he has called me once before He told me He has never called me or talked to me about this matter . I then raised my voice telling Dean Jones he has called me and if i find this call to be a scam id have his a Double s in the courts suing him and all affiliated and i am f***ing going to check him out Dean Jones hung up on me ...... i did go back into my account to see if I had got a depoist of any amount he said I had gotten . Well i did not find no deposits of no amounts other than the deposits made by my girlfriend and I from my paycheck or her SSI check .............
