Debbie Frampton Stoney i bought a horse from Debbie Frampton Stoney and wired the money on July 13th with promise of seeing horse delivered La Juanta, Colorado
I bought a mare from Debbie on July 13th wired the money as she needed it and was told she would meet me the next week in Kansas to deliver the horse that day came and went and she would not anwser her phone voicemail full no word from her.
Then later in the day she said she was stuck in texas and could not make it so we set it up for 3 weeks later again no calls returned no text nothing finally i got a text and she said she was at the hospital she would try to get horse to me. i have taken 4 days off in a 2month period and finally Sept.21 I paid a hauler to deliver the mare to me, Debbie said she would get the mare delivered to the hauler and get Coggins, Health papers and brand inspection, I was assured not a problem 48hours before horse is to be shipped she was texted and advised the haulers needed to hear from her about when the mare was to arrive 24hours before mare is be hauled and Debbie has not delivered the mare to haulers wont call back or text mail box is full and I am out the full cost of the hauler.
I have done business with her before and it was always slow going but nothing like the fraud she has started now, I have $2000.00 in a mare I have never seen but in a few pictures and this mare was also supposed to be started and she said her son had been riding her and things were fine, she would get picture with him riding her and No picture always an excuse.
She has no sense of time and money spent by other people and things dropped at last minute to make sure she got her money as she needed it to pay bills. I would not advise anyone to buy a horse from her as you will probably never see it and she is on full suspension from AQHA and mare is not registered and she is 2yrs old they are waiting on markings.. I dont have paper mare anything! Please contact me if you need any information on her, I will spare the public the rest of the lies she has told.

I finally had the mare delivered and she is sound and I have her papers.

I do not know Debbie Stoney current status with AQHA at this time..

Well the mare was to be at haulers on sept.29th never made it sept 30th she did not show up she called drivers and said she would meet them, they waited 2 hours and she did not show up.. Haulers had 1 spot open for Oct.1 so they put me down and Debbie was able to get the mare there. So I am happy she is on the way.. Took way to much time and alot of calls etc. No one should have to go thru this.
