Deborah Stanton unknowingly took $100.00 off my cc when I paid my rent & electricity Delhi California
was charged $100.00. No violation to park rules. Was not told of charge or accused of wrong doing. When I asked Deborah about it, she told me it was a new policy. No revision to park rules have been made or handed out. Have been harassed for past 3 weeks. Had an incident with security guard yesterday (7/20). Was told not to question or argue with their decisions.
