Dec Performance RIP-OFF TOOK MY MONEY & NEVER SAW THE COMPUTER Chatsworth California
My husband came home with a fax copy from his company, so a couple of months later I called and ordered. They told me about there webb site , so I felt comfortable enough to order.
Months went by and they had excuses about waiting on parts. Before I knew it the phones were disconnected. I tried to stop payment and I missed it by 2 days.So I took
action and wrote a letter to the adress, repoted to BBB and still the webb site is still on site.
I had a cell no# at one time and I called and called and no response. So if anyone out there has any suggestions. I even thought about flying to california because I saved that money and nothing to show for it.
so if anyone out there know this company please respond and help me out.
All I know is if you go to the Webb site advertising the schools , goverment , and business you will understand how easy to fall into the trap.
I just know I feel like a fool and I should of known better !!!
I lost 695.00 from this company and somehow I will get the right connection.......
