My daughter was a client of this drug rehab center in Prescott, AZ from December 2013 to January 2014.  It was complete chaos.  In their literature and at intake they described the following types of therapy which were never provided;

1. Equine Therapy - it was not available

2. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) - they only have 1 counsellor who is trained to provide this type of therapy and she was too busy to provide it

3. Outdoor Adventure Therapy - three "adventures" were scheduled during my daugher's stay but 2 were cancelled on the day of the trip

4. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) - it was never provided

This place is understaffed, there is continuous turnover of cousellors and many of the therapy sessions consisted of watching a movie or "journalling".  It was bad from top to bottom.

Finally be careful on signing any of their financial paperwork - once they have your credit card charged you will not get a refund - for any reason.  They discharged my daughter due to seizures (addicts have those!) because they were too understaffed to deal with the issue.  We got no refund.

Do not send your loved one here - they overpromise and don't deliver the therapy as advertised.  A true RIP-OFF!
