Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
About 3 weeks ago on september 8th, I had stopped by to defensive driving school and met with a gentleman(don't remember his name) to explore my options, given the situation that my job wanted me to have a license A. S. A. P and all I wanted was to be able to use a car for my license test, since I don't own a car at the moment. By then I had enough driving experience(I'm 27 years old) and I immediately obliged when he said that having someone use their car means that I should take a driving lesson and do a drive test with them first before I can actually use it for my DMV test. I had no issues with that what so ever and I'm certainly a no nonsense person.

However, quite uncomfortable as I am, while writing this email, I have had nothing but a horrible experience with the driving school so far - a terrible mixup really. I had enrolled for the drive test the very same day I talked to him, on their website(email below) and had clearly mentioned in the notes section, that my only criteria is the time constraint. October 3rd, the day when my drive test is scheduled and that I need to figure out something on or before that. I had 'ZERO' calls from them for 3 days. And so, I called up the frontdesk and scheduled an appointment for a driving lesson(paid the additional $65) with Robert for the following friday of that week. But not surprising enough, the instructor never showed up on the scheduled time! Two days later, "I" called up again to schedule the same driving lesson on a later day as the instructor couldn't make it. I made no effort to dig up dirt and as a customer I try to be nice and pay everything in advance just to add more brownies and I know we all have a job to do. At the end of the class, Robert had told me that I am doing well but it would be appropriate to take one more lesson before I do my actual DMV test.

My second episode happened 2 days ago when I called and talked to Valeria to schedule a second lesson sometime soon so I can take up my drive test on october 3rd when she said there is no way she could do that because

1- she didn't read the notes section when the online web order was first made and that it doesn't usually show up in her system. So either "I" had to call DMV to reschedule the appointment with them or I need to get my own car.

2- She made it look like she was impervious to be blamed as she can't do anything to reschedule any appointments. To add more, now the one class that Robert had once recommended had somehow jumped to TWO classes before I take my drive test.

How am I supposed to know if you may or may not be able to read my notes? Why do you recommend doing online web orders then?

With 2 more weeks to go for the drive test, I am back to the drawing board thinking if I have to buy a car. What a terrible waste of time and money??

After all of this, all they can say is they are not accountable and keep playing the blame game and find an excuse.

Extremely frustrating and totally unacceptable.

Business entitles good trust and I somehow didn't get that feeling right from the word go. I would blame myself for making the wrong choice and falling for the mere hype they had.
