D'ella Lincoln promised me that if I bought a car that day I could qualify for a $500 gift card, not much more was said till two days later when I called and told Wyell that my windshield was cracked,he told me I could have the card or the fixed windshield.

So after hearing that my mother decided to stop dealing with that particular store and we went to the Queensbury location where she had purchased other vehicales.

The Queensbury store told her for five months that they were working on getting me my gift card, they even gave my $50 gift card for being patient, then one day the decide to tell me that the can't help me I have to go to Glens falls where I bought the car.

My mom and I decide to make an appointment to see the store owner, Anthony Della Bella, when we meet with hoim he tells me I don't qualify for the gift card based on the fine print.

However Wyell, the store manager, told me I could have thegift card if I didn't want my windshield fixed. So Anthony told me he would talk to Wyell and if he said that I could have the gift card.

I have not heard back fom anybody at the D'ella office since then and everytime I call Anthony is too busy, away from his desk, ect..

So now my widshield is still cracked and I have not recieved my gift card. D'ella also refuses to let me read a copy of the flyer where it says in the fine print that I don't qualify.
