I had a 30 dollar rebate and a 60 dollar rebate. They said they never received the 60 $ rebate so I mailed it again today. They denied the 30 dollar rebate. When I called twice the opperator told me it was denied for the fact I downgraded my plan I explained I hadnt downgraded and then they said Maybe I uprgaded my plan and that was the reason. I took out my rebate form as I coppied of everything!! The rebate form said your rebate request will not be honored if you downgrade plan. I told the operator what it said and then she said well downgrade means upgrade as well!! I may have added text messaging for 5 dollars a month. I said are you kidding!!! are you serious??? so at this point I contacted Cingular wireless and they are looking into this for me as authorized dealers should give the same standard of service and I just got done faxing 11 pages of documents to them!! What a waste of time.. But I will get to the bottom of this.. I just remailed my 60 dollar rebate they said they never received in an envelope and I am also sending a complaint certified mail in a seperate envelope with both rebates enclosed now lets see if they get that!!!

well ,eventhough I delt with an Authorized dealer I went ahead and complained to Att/Cingularwireless through an e-mail on there web site explaining that the authorized dealer was giving them a bad name. I was given a fax number 1-866-378-3031 and was asked to fax any supporting documents for my complaint such as my denial rebate letter my rebate and such. I just received a very nice apoligy letter stating that they would be looking into the issue I had with cellphonerebates.com/deltawireless and they credited my account for the rebate amount. I am very impressed with the response I received from them. remember dont use authorized dealers!!

I also want to let everyone know that when you shop at AT&T/cingularwireless just be sure that it isnt an authorized dealer!! This is not the same customer service as the actual AT&T I never had problems till I purchased my phone through an authorized dealer.. AT&T is even taking the time to look into it for me because they give them a bad rep when they give poor customer service. I know other people have had the same problem so be aware of authorized dealers....look closely when you see AT&T store that it doesnt say authorized dealer !! I never had a problem with rebates in the past when I bought form them directly. They print out the receipt and rebate for you and the process is simple you do have to cut the upc from box but thats it
