I placed an order 3/15/2015 for a pillow with a price of $128.19 +$9.20 shipping: PCF-4215 Sealy Embody Proformance-

I recevied an email from Louis stating the following:
We regret to inform you that the "PCF-4215 Sealy Embody Proformance-
17inx26in" you ordered is currently on a 60-Day Back Order Status. We
apologize for this inconvenience.
However, we have the "Pillow-In-Pillow" available and ready to ship, this
actually the same exact item the only difference would be its elegant pillow
cover, this actually more expensive than your original purchase but since
the inconvenience came on our part, we are giving you this item at the same
price with no additional charge.
Please let me know if you would like to ship the "Pillow-In-Pillow"

We actually offer 100% Refund for this upgraded item, just to assure customers that it is more better than the original purchase but with same price.
The pillow in the link was a lower price, not a higher price so I requested the lower price and to send the comparable pillow.
The response I received:
From the 128.19 + 9.20$, I have lowered the price and gave exactly 118.99 Shipping Included.

Then they send an order receipt for a completely different STERNS AND FOSTER pillow that costs $68.99 but charged me $118.99 + $9.20 shipping.
The Sterns and Foster Pillow is not the same as you described AND it is $68.99.
