Lilliana firstly being an employee I'd like to apologize on behalf of the mis-representation that Mr. Brady had shown you. I work for a great company, that I am proud to say that I am an employee of! Not a day goes by that I even question showing up for work, because it is that great of a company. The owners and founders of our company treat their employees AS WELL AS their consumers with the upmost respect and dignity! There still must be some blame on your behalf though. When you were at that Bulls game in November of 2008, you should have read the entry form you were filling out. Would you go and sign a legal document as in a contract without reading it? No you wouldn't. The form cleary states " By signing your name in the above column, you are giving us permission to call you for our company promotions." I'm not arguing the fact that what Dennis did was inappropriate and wrong, and yes the customer is always right, in this instance though you should have read terms of service. Now as far as us being a supposed "scam" company, that we are not. All employees of sundance vacations are WELL informed of every descision that the owners, mangers, and supervisors make to better our company. Why else would we have one MANY Best places to work awards? Stevie awards? Even Better Business bureau awards? Not because we are a scam, but because we are a fantastic fast growing travel company with legitimate deals and COMPLIMENTARY(not "free") vacations. You will still always be responsible for taxes on complimentary vacations...EVERYONE pays taxes. We like to promote our company in the most profitable manner, and this way has worked for us for 18+ years. Do yourself a favor and Youtube Sundance Vacations..You'll find testimonials on completely satisfied customers ALLLLLLL over the place. In fact, I speak to the on a daily basis. So folks, google our name all you want and I'm going to go with 80+% of the google reports you'll find are positive. Thats TWO out of every TEN people we speak with are completely satisfied with what great things we offer. Think of it this way, if this woman went out to eat at the Olive Garden, ordered their alfredo sauce and didn't like it, does that mean you're never going to eat there because of one out of hundreds of thousands of people in this world eat there doesn't like it? I really doubt that!
