DeNoise Albert Terrible video / pictures . Cant do photoshop or lighting properly. Will not refund money i paid 1000 including model Emeryville California
I hired Albert, from DeNoise, the owner to produce my product and exercise videos but he did a terrble job with my whole project for many reasons. I am taking him to court to get a refund. I cannot use any of the film or pictures.
1. After editing the pictures there is hair in my model's face
2. Her posture is off and product alignment is way off. I cannot believe a professional would call it great pictures.
3. The color and contrast is horrible. I look like a dead person.
4. Some of the video's are so bad that they the make my skin transform from ghost white, to brown, to red! So aweful!
5. The guy wants a retake but there is no way i am going back to do this crappy shoot again. He has no clue about professional quality. If he cant do any usable work what is the point. Even my marketer agrees the whole session is useless and a total loss. After many attempts for him to sort this out and photoshop properly he cant do it all. I am done with his incompetent work.
6. He will not refund my money and insists he has produced professional quality. Any Joe could do the same or better with cheap camera. His lighting, editing, and photoshop ability is terrible. I am so disappointed with his so called professional work. It is a sham!
I am suing this guy to get all my money back. He owes my over $1000.

If you reviewed alberts bulk of work, which of course he would not show to the public, you would see and learn he did not know much about what it takes to produce professional video. I should have reveiwed his work more and compared it with others that have better work. You cant make tan skin from white as much as he tried.
I have since did my videos and editing at thecore360.com which will go live in May. I got a tanned spray job and did it myself. I have zero experience but even i could do a better job creating exercise videos with a good camera and a few lights. You will not see the old school junk he did which he should be ashamedl.
I would people to do your homework thoroughly before you invest in yelp! Sometimes you just got do it yourself if you want a better job and look out for the videographers who have no freekin clue what makes a great video.

Daniel is a nice guy who doesn't know how video production works and how much it costs. He hired me to produce for an extremely reasonable price 10-15 short fitness video clips with multiple cameras and lights, but on the filming day he kept adding more and more clips and ended up getting 38! of them. He first loved and approved them, then got upset when I refused to do more filming and retakes for free. He kept the videos and didn't pay the final invoice. I let you judge the "horrible" video quality we provided him.

I am sorry for Daniel, we always try hard to help every single customer, small or big job, he just went too far. I am glad he found what he wanted. We'll try even harder next time.
(Daniel found me through Thumbtack.com, I have been hired close to 300 times there with close to 100 5 star feebacks and 2 bad ones, I tried hard to prevent the 2 bad ones, and it didn't work)
