dental-sales.com McLerran & Associates Ripped off my client, will not release information until you give them your clients info. Then they go around your representation. San Antonio, Texas
I found their website when my client was looking for a dentist practice for sale. I contacted them and they refused to give me any information about their clients practice for sale, unless I registered my clients name and information with them. I thought this was highly unusual but against my better judgement, I did so. As soon as I registered my client with them they simply contacted my client and actually went by his office.
Now the refuse to pay me my commission for the sale. Do not do any business with this company, they will steal your client from you. As a seller do not list your practice/property with them, because they will not be gving you 100% service. Because they refuse to give full details about your property/practice without registration then they are eliminating many buyers from viewing your property, thus reducing the full profit potential of your sale.
Stay away from the company realtors and sellers.
