Dereck England Is A Scum Bag. Dereck has stolen my identity and rented items from Blockbuster Video and did not return them. He stole a check from his elderly grandmother and lied and stated that she gave to him for me to cash for him. Dereck Eland is the most dishonest person I have ever came across. He stole from his own grandmother and he has defrauded every person who comes in contact. If you meet this man run because no good will come of his person and any relationship from it.
