Complaint Review: Derek Paul Gendron (Michigan) - Grand Rapids Michigan

Yes, its hard to be nice when you see a post like this from someone who didn't even try.  Here we have a phd guy who studies for many years and then continues to do handyman work.  He decides to buy an internet website and then gives up before even trying because he didn't like the sellers background.  Waaah - waah!  He is a bitter old guy that seeks love in other countries - why he cannot find a girl here is beyond me. 

Yes, I have failed in the past - who reading this hasn't?  This post alone is proof of ken wenzer's own ineptness.  If he would post his contract here for everyone to read it, it says I can sell other websites.  He must have not read that part.  It spells out that no representations were made about income etc and that running a business involves risk and relies on one's own work.  He must have missed that too.  Perhaps his eyes are bad from all that phd work...  He signed it but failed to mention that or include it in this lousy complaint.  Perhaps he didn't read it?  Perhaps he didn't do due diligence?  Who knows....

Out of hundreds of sites sold since 2008, a handful of people are unhappy.  Some are successful according to their feedback and the fact that they have been with me for years, some are struggling and some give up without even trying.  ken, fits the last mold. 

He even trusted me enough to have me do a bunch of free work on his handyman website.  And in talking with his previous host, they described him as a "lunatic" and were happy to see him move off their server.  Surprise, surprise.

His emails were all nice and friendly:

"Paul: You wouldnt believe how godaddy screwed up a simple transfer (should be done today) and how much time it took. Best, Ken."

"Paul: Could you please get my site up and rolling asap. Thanks, Ken.
Dr. Ken's PHD (Cynosura, LLC)"

"Paul: Domain transfer has been carried out. Thanks for your help on various things. I will be in touch soon, Ken."

"Hello Paul: I finally got my glorious state to fax me a tax certficate. Once pet central approves the application this week I will go into high gear, so expect some work thrown from me. I'll need the real help focusing on that key word web campaign. Best, Ken."  ((Note, the most critical part even in his own words and I don't think he even tried anything here....))

There were 43 opened tickets by Mr. Wenzer where many emails went back and forth as well as conversations that took place on the phone.  He did everything BUT follow my instructions, he was intent on redesigning every aspect of the plan to meet what he thought was his own direction.  He spent an enormous amount of time on his handyman site and probably on that gal in Italy, who knows.  AND he finally blew a lid when he found another site online that I was selling.  Why he was still looking for a site for sale is beyond me...

In summary, I am not afraid of the facts - there is and can be NO FRAUD. If there was fraud, I would not be on the street selling websites since 2008 - give our police and law enforcement officials more credit than that please.

If we want to play all of the FACTS out here, one by one, we can do that.  I have all my calls recorded just so morons like this cannot make false claims against me. Instead, I fear the comments that follow will be heated and charged nonsense by someone who cannot admit that they are a progressive failure.  Or it will be given a blank stare by someone who is AFRAID to discuss the facts for what they are.  I failed in the past sure, but I don't fail like this daily.  Ken, on the other hand continues to fail by interfering with my relations with happy customers and vendors.  I am filing a John Doe and Jane Doe lawsuit to uncover some recent dealings and if it points back to Dr. Ken, he will have to answer in Federal court.  Some people have to learn the hard way - I did and perhaps its Dr. Ken's turn.

He's a moron in my book for incorporating my wife into this and disparaging her good name, but could anyone expect less?  I have five wonderful kids and a marriage of 22 years - he must be jealous.

Quit crying and do something in life other than pay for tuition and student loans.  Then perhaps you will fall down too, stand back up and make some progress in life.

Gendron goes by Paul instead of Derek and he is a scam artist. Avoid him at all cost. His mugshot can be found on the web.

Grand Rapids Ventures, LLC is a faade. It is designed to cover up the scam activity of Derek Paul Gendron. This resident of
Michigan has been convicted of larceny and embezzlement. Currently he is being investigated for welfare fraud. Gendron continues to steal money through an adaptation to the internet. He sells pet supply websites to people with the promise of financial success, but they prove to be bankrupt -- they generate no income. He established a help center in the GRV website to create the illusion that he is assisting his clients, but the contractual agreements are violated with his lackluster (if any) technical support.
Additionally, he also breaches the contracts because he owns competing pet supply websites. Gendron denies access to the help center at his whim; holds captive the websites (does not release them so people can use another server); makes unauthorized entry into sold websites to make changes; disrupts email connections to websites so potential clients cannot make contact; makes it difficult for people to pay hosting fees which gives him an excuse to shut down their websites; and attempts to spy in other peoples computers. He refuses to pay back the money for their empty purchases ($7,800.00). All this activity has been documented as are his criminal records which can be furnished upon request. There are a number of us who are his victims, so my grievance is not an isolated case.
