Company offers under Estee Lauder on FB (a reputable company) then goes on to ask certain question like skin type and age category, etc., and tells you that you will pay a small postage fee.  If there was any small print period, I did not see it.  

Skin cream is no good.  My skin is very sensitive and noticed it turned red immediately.  I washed it off, and used my regular cream.  They charged my debit card $4.95 for the postage, then 14 days later my card was charged another $89.85.

I had called the company numerous times and would get a busy signal over and over.  Yesterday, I got a recording which said if you want to cancel, hit #1.  They took no information down whatsoever.  I called again to try to get a person only to get the recording again.  I was told I would be sent an e-mail that would verify my cancellation.  They left me, along with another company $200.00 in my bank account.  I was charged a total of $300.00 which included the postage fees for two little bottles of crap.

I am a 65-year old senior, and thought I was getting an Estee Lauder product to try for the cost of the postage.  It was not worth the cost of the postage.  These people are thieves and you cannot talk to a person.  I will have to cancel my debit card because of them.
