 I ordered Dermasoft and Purecell through Facebook for 4.95 S/H. Never saw the webpage that said I would be charged $89.95 each two weeks later. When those charges showed up, I called the companies. Both representatives yelled at me for not reading the small print that they said was on the page I ordered from and refused to refund my money. I am retired, on a pension and raising my special needs grandson. They told me that I should never order anything if my money was limited. I asked to speak to a supervisor and neither would let me. They were very rude, hostile and demeaning. I have always read the fine print, but this refusal to refund my money keeps my grandson and I from eating two weeks this month.
