Dermedica XR Fraud advertisements used to get orders and Unauthourized charges Internet
Dermedican XR was advertised on facebook. I ordered the free trial jar. After 12 days a charge showed on my bank account for $98.00 as an authorized charge. I had used my debit card to pay the $4.95 shipping charge.
They used the card to charge my account. There was NO mention of a 14 day trial then they start sending automatic shipment. The charge was NOT authorized.
When I called to have the money returned they tried to offer me more product and only 50% refund. I protested loundly, so they offered a 70% refund. It wasn't until I said I was going to file fraud charges against them with the bank and and the Better Business Buero that they cancelled the account and said they would refund 100%.
