Derrick Jaxn 7 STREAMS ACADEMY msmcardgame He, Derrick Jaxn, advertised through his youtube channel with a link to the card game website.
This is the original email I sent to the their customer support department. I recently order your MSM card game where I was forced to order the 3rd edition set in order to get the msm 2 remix and the grown and sexy set.
No matter what I did it wouldn't allow me to purchase the card sets that I actually wanted until I agreed to purchase the third set as well. That that type of business behavior is scammerous and wrong.
Problem # 1. I decided to support Mr Jaxn because he's a Black Entrepreneur and I like his Youtube channel content he seems positive and honest.
Problem # 2. I placed my order over three weeks ago and have not yet received the Second and Third edition. I did get the Grown and Sexy cards but not the other sets I bought. I no longer want the remaining two set. I'd prefer my money back.
I was so excited but I'm now turned off by how the transaction transpired. So to recapitulate, I should not have been made to buy the 3rd edition in order to complete my purchase/order. I have not received my full order and for that reason I want my money back.
I don't want to hear any excuses I just want my money back because I'm disappointed and annoyed. This is why African Americans aren't supported because their business ventures and practices are/seem Shady/Scammerish/Scammeresque/Scammerous/ like a Scam, Dishonest!!!
With that kind of prejudice you should alway make sure your business is legit and your practices are honest and benefit the consumers/the people. Thank you.

A refund notification email was also resent today. (Please check your email as this would come as a separate email.)
Again the refund was originally processed on October 15. If you ordered anything through 7 streams you will have to contact [email protected] as that is a totally different company and i do not have access to their information.
Refunded Subtotal 1 item $17.00 Tax $0.00 Total $17.00 Paid by customer $17.00 Refunded "customer never received " -$17.00 Net payment $0.00 MSM Happiness Engineer I never got a refund from either company. This is fraudulent, this is wrong. There are many more emails but there's not enough space to post it all but that's the jist of the situation.
