Design Junction Melbourne - Nikita Andani Nikita Andani Held us to Ransom , ripped us off, overcharged, underdelivered. STAY AWAY FROM HERE Melbourne, Nationwide
I feel totally ripped off by Nikita Adnani from Design Junction Rip offs .
After spending close to $70,000 AUD building our site with this company i would have through customer service would be somewhat of a priority.
However i was wrong, many times emails are unanswered and are are only ever answered with a dollar figure attached.
eg. "our standard developer charge is $120+gst per hour"
To find that items that were supposed to be tested were not tested, and we were later asked to pay for these fixes that were a direct result of the work put in by her company.
She failed to help, constantly has her hand out for a $1 ..
even when we decided to take the site off her hands and have it re-manufactured as her developers left it sub par and difficult for anyone to understand. Our challenge only got harder as Nikita wanted to charge us to take it off her as well.. After the $70k spent in a 24 month period this was just ridiculous.
I would warn anyone to shop around for some other providers before making the mistake of going with Design Junction.
They basically built a system that only allowed them to work on and held us at ransom of our business to make changes and continue with there company before we decided to bite the bullet and find a real developer who is doing much more work @ 1/2 the price.
