DI SPIRITO MASONRY & TILE John Di Spirito Scam artist Orange Park Florida
On July 17th 2014, I contracted with John Di Spirito (DI SPIRITO MASONRY & TILE) to Lay tile in my screened room. He came to my home and gave me an estimate. We agreed to his price and gave him a $300 deposit by check ( Which he cashed ). He was supposed to start the job the following Monday. Monday came no calls from him. I called him, he said he was delayed on his current job and would be here Tuesday. Tuesday came he did not. I called he said he was delayed by the rain and would be here Wednesday. Wednesday came no calls from him. I have not been able to reach him. There is no answer at the number he gave me. I left numerous messages. I sent him e-mails asking what happened. Again no response. He clearly does not intend to do the job.

This Customer has been filing negative reports about my Business for the Amount of $300 that has been already Refunded to her in Full. There is no need for her to keep posting about my Business when she has already received a full refund. I agreed to Refund her money in full because she couldn't wait one week due to another project that we were on, which she was fully aware of. We have text messages with dates and times of Contacts.
