Could you please tell us how many jobs your mother has had in 20 years as a nurse? How many times she has applied for workerscomp and un-employment? You do realize that the state keeps records of all their cases. the state must have one person to handle just your cases.

I am a victim of racist discrimination. Because the black workers got preferred then I did. They told me they had been there for years without being fired. White people have always gotten fired & the nurse manager Is white & married to a black person Is a white racist also. Also the employer joe butler Is on It to. Also the other problem I observerd the black employees abusing the patients, talking down to them & yelling @ them. The employer never did anything about It. After 8 months of working there I had an injury because I had to due this procedure I hurt my had. I was fired 2 months after the accident when I filed a workers comp. claim. The other employees also harassed me the black employees. Also joe butler the employer told me & other new people If they ever had to fire anymore they would prevail. Whichs mean they will always win even If they didn't provide any proof & 8 months later I was fired. They lied to the unemployment office saying I didn't sign a document. Joe butler did not provide any document they claimed I didn't sign was the reason for my termination. I did point out to the unemployment office It was because I filed a workers comp claim & this Is when the problems started. I did not get my unemployment because the board of reviews always rules In favor of the employer & the hearing officer. Well I did find me a new job. I just would like to warn any nurse do not work for this clinic, they are racist & the nurse manager does not like white people because she Is married to a black man. They have gotten every white person fired, but I would like to know why they picked on me why did they hire me In the first place. Also to anyone who has kidney problems do not send any of your family members to the Dialysis Clinic In columbus georgia. They abuse patient talk down to them make them feel they are nothing, If you go In there you will see nothing but black people working there because they do not want whites working there.' I would not send any of my family members there It makes me sick how they fired me & they get away with abusing patients. Also the patients would complain about the abusive treatment but the cooperate office never would do nothing & the abuse continued. I was wrongfully fired while the trouble making employees could keep there job. I was fired for reporting patient abuse & for filing a workers comp claim.

I am glad there is a nursing shortage, after how my last place of employment treated me I know longer want to be a nurse. They treat you like crap for no reason. They lie about you do not get along with you I am glad to be out of nursing I have been a nurse for almost 20 year's & I have never been treated this wrong before. Also it has to do with my age I am in my 40's but this is age discrinmantion, but employers get away with age discrinmantion to. I dispise nursing after how my last employer & employees treated me. They are still working & getting a paycheck, they told me they had been there for years getting bonuses. & not getting fired. I have been a good nurse for the past 19 years. I have been treated like garbage to long & lied about to long it makes me sick, that they can treat people like this & move on. But I will not be the only one they will mess with they will try to ruin has many careers has possible. I see them driving in there expensive cars having the good life while they ruin has many innocent peoples careers has they can. I was a good employee & I got treated like garbage & lied about. I do not want to work has a nurse anymore I am fed up with being treated like garbage.
