In response to the horrible, slanderous, comments that started this defamation of Mr. Jorge Diaz, Jr. I will respond in an attempt to set the record straight. Mr. Diaz is a real person, honest, intelligent, spiritual and an experienced businessman in the field of real estate and finance, period.
I entered into his SBA group in September of 2010. In the past 10 months I have been in daily contact with him concerning real estate and finance transactions. The SBA program he has developed is very unique in the industry whereby a member can learn to buy and sell real estate under his guidance and assistance along with submitting loans to one of many of his lending
sources and will be paid upon closing a handsome sum far beyond what most other companies would provide. I have also seen affiliates come into the group and leave several weeks later because they assume that this program is a get rich scheme and upon submitting a project or property think they will be compensated immediately. I have seen affiliates come into the partnership, collect his resources and then leave, stealing in effect. So who is the criminal in that
instance?
Most of the affiliates do not want to put forth the time and effort necessary to activate the many tools and resources given to them by Mr. Diaz; learn and follow the process as instructed; do the necessary follow up with their own clients to close a deal and therefore fail and want to blame Mr.
Diaz for their own shortcomings. Mr. Diaz has given all the partners his time and training they need on an individual basis and except for the sign up fee has asked for nothing but their time and efforts to make the company as a whole succeed.
In a depressed global marketplace where lending is extremely tight and real estate is devaluing at alarming rate, it is good to have someone like Mr. Diaz there giving his valuable advice
and assistance to help those associated with him succeed.

Jorge Diaz Jr is an honorable man.
Jorge Diaz Jr is an honorable man. This is my conclusion being in the 7th month of affiliation with him. I know that he is not in this business for $775.00 per person. He makes his money practicing the principles that he teaches. That charge is to weed out the crowd. He is looking for talent. I know that because in January, when he did not know me, except for his due diligence, he let me in to his company before I paid him a penny! Bring something to the table and get to work under his mentorship. We will all be better off for the association.
Jorge is more interested in helping teachable people with a desire to succeed reach their potential, than he is interested in reaching for their wallet. This is my personal experience. I have been attending his conference calls I have received numerous emails from him in which he share his wide and deep knowledge, his resources, and his love for, and ability to mentor others.
It is my belief that those who are privileged to be affiliated with Jorge Diaz Jr., will receive an education and an opportunity to succeed very handsomely in the financial arena.
Having the benefit of Jorges contacts through our affiliation is priceless. I have spent much money and time on webinars and seminars and reviewing gurus courses and buying their memberships. None of them have given me the realistic opportunity for above average earnings that Jorge has given me. I believe that if I implement what Jorge is teaching I will be earning seven figures soon.
Jorge is not a man who is in hiding. Everyone of us in the group knows how and where to find him.
He is also transparent about his own challenges and trials in life. He is a mentor and a friend. My estimate of value of my association with Jorge, projected into the future, is worth millions.
The only place that success comes before work is in the dictionary. The complaining poster, I believe, wanted success without work. Success does not rub off and rub on. It comes by work, and sweat and sleepless nights from one who will not give up. Beware who you listen to.

Interesting. That was my initial reaction when I first read this postwhich was about a month after meeting Jorge. At that time I was in conference calls with him 3-4 days a week. In fact, I joined in on those SBA only (Strategic Business Alliance) conference calls for almost 2 months prior to entering a formal agreement. Jorge mentored, instructed, provided access to training materials & even allowed me to submit deals before I was officially onboard! Keep in mind this was before he knew whether I would join in a business alliance. Ive been working with Jorge for about 8 months now & he has never given me a reason to doubt his integrity & he continues to fulfill his obligations under our agreement.
I mentioned my initial reaction; what followed immediately after was a question why this forum & not one that could address his concerns & satisfy the complaint? Why not file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or the Real Estate Commission or even the Federal Trade Commission? The only conclusion I could reach is that while he may have been dissatisfied, he didnt have any basis to use any forum other than this one. Lets face it; folks sometimes enter into ventures with unrealistic expectations & at times look for microwave results. I knew nothing about commercial assets or commercial loans when I met Jorge. Fortunately, I cant say that today because my knowledge, & opportunities to apply that knowledge, has grown tremendously; but it didnt happen overnight & it didnt happen without much effort on my part to apply what I was taught.
Im taking the time to respond to this post because at times it resurfaces & because I know from personal experience that Jorge Diaz is a man of integrity; a man whose word is his bond. Is he perfect? Who is? Is he going to be whatever someone imagines he should be? Who can live up to that?
Whoever reads this persons post & the comments that follow will ultimately have to come to their own conclusion--then make a choice. However, Id like to caution those who are attempting to determine a persons character about the sources of information utilized to do so. All information on the Internet is not gospel & a blog post, such as this one, that states false, slanderous, & near racial comments (incidentally, without solid examples to substantiate the claims) is not one that I would consider to arrive at a make or break business decision.

Rarely do I spend time responding to anonymous letters or postings. It's very easy to complain, criticize or even fabricate false stories about others and then hide behind a veil of anonymity. Anonymous people can't be held accountable for the accuracy of their allegations nor can they be expected to gain any insight into how their own behavior may have contributed to the very circumstances of which they complain.
However, I find the initial posting regarding Jorge Diaz, Jr. to be so offensive that I must comment. I will proudly disclose that I have been affiliated with Mr. Diaz for about 6 months. Our affiliation revolves around real estate activities and education. I have been investing in real estate for several years and own several income properties. Additionally, I've spent a considerable amount of time, resources and money to further my understanding of various aspects of real estate investing. I mention this only to demonstrate that I have been around the business and have encountered and interacted with many individuals. As with any field or industry, some people are honest, ethical, educated and self-motivated about their dealings while others lack some or all of those individual qualities. I have found Mr. Diaz to be honest, ethical, well educated in the field and motivated to help those around him.
In response to the anonymous allegations regarding Mr. Diaz, I offer the following:
FACT: The person "who calls himself Jorge Diaz, Jr." is indeed named Jorge Diaz, Jr..
At the onset of our affiliation, verification of such was provided via multiply sources including a RE Broker's license and background check.
FACT: The fact that Mr. Diaz is of Puerto Rican heritage has NO bearing on anything other than to suggest that, at best the anonymous writer is ignorant and at worst, is racist.
FACT: Mr. Diaz has never presented himself to be a real estate "guru". Rather, he has been very clear to indicate that his interest was in establishing mutually beneficial affiliations where all involved can learn from each other. Every person involved brings something to the table that can be applied to real estate dealings for the benefit of the entire group.
FACT: Mr. Diaz has over 30 years of experience in the real estate business.
FACT: Mr. Diaz, on many recorded group meetings, made it very clear to all listening that he doesn't have all the answers to questions that may arise BUT the purpose of the affiliations were so that we can all learn from and educate each other. Also, he talks at length about how real estate investing is not a "get rich quick" scheme.
FACT: Yes, there was an upfront fee of $775 for those who joined the affiliation. The purpose of the fee is two-fold. First, to offset some of the overhead costs of the group's activities and second, to screen out the perverbial "tire kickers." This business is overcrowded with those who expect to become real estate moguls overnight without having to invest one penny of their own resources. Research across such diverse industries as health care, fitness and education continually demonstrates that people who have personal financial investments are more successful in their undertakings compared to those who have no financial commitment.
FACT: In a short six months time, I have gained information, guidance, support and opportunities from Mr. Diaz and other group members that is invaluable. My initial investment is truly insignficant when compared to the return I've already received from this affiliation. Of course, I continue to invest my time and focus to advance my dealings in this business. Anyone with any type of business background knows that it takes dedication to succeed. The harder we work, the "luckier" we get.!
The initial writer has done a disservice to Mr. Diaz and I can only hope that my comments counter-balance those unsubstantiated allegations.

While reading
this 'report' about Jorge Diaz, Jr., I could not help but wonder what this
poster's original intention was: It seemed to me that this was more of an
attempt at character assassination than anything else. The vitriol spewed has a
prejudiced, racial bent and completely skews the truth about Jorge and the good
things he has done for so many people, me included! I count him as one of my
best and dearest friends, and I know for a fact that he is NOT the irresponsible huckster that this poster is trying to
make him out to be. As someone who has been scammed by so-called
real estate gurus, Jorge is the genuine article: a knowledgeable broker who
more than knows his way around the block and is kind and generous enough to
help others avoid the pitfalls of real estate investment. I know of no other
person who takes valuable time out of his day to perform handholding through
transactions, answers questions, and records (and provides copies of) phone
calls of any conversations he has had with his customers and SBA partners.
Perhaps the poster is disgruntled because he paid money to be mentored by Jorge
and realized that he had to actually
work to apply the priceless information provided to him and wanted his
money back. But he would have been better off knowing that it takes work to get
anything worth anything in this life as whining about it solves nothing. I
certainly knew that going in and I know I am much better for knowing and
working with Jorge as a result. In other words, the poster of this complaint
should pull his head out of his rear end!

In my personal opinion, Jorge Diaz is NOT a scam artist. As he has stated to us in the beginning, he is operating a Mentorship and Partnership program in which he is attempting to share his knowledge and training in the field of commercial and residential real estate, and to work together with us on Real Estate Deals.
Our group meets about three times a week, where Jorge shares with us tons of valuable training materials and personal experiences.
I feel that the information and training that I have received in the past few months have been

Since Mr Diaz seems to think i am the person that wrote the letter, I shall respond. I too feel I was a victim of him but I did not write the letter that he claims I did in his rebuttal. I am a professional and would not write such a letter. I agree with the bait and switch and I am not happy I did not receive a refund. So i guess this just shows he has more than one unhappy client. Let the buyer beware! ES

It
amazes me that someone can make faceless, anonymous accusations of such a serious
nature and not have enough guts to reveal themselves. I believe the last time I checked; in America, we deserve the
right to face our accuser. For the moment I will address my faceless enemy of
this report as Mr. E.S.
FYI Mr. E.S., Yes, I know who you are. I have all your
coordinates, stored all emails between us, recorded conversations, filed your
signed Agreements and a Confidentiality in writing between us prior to doing any
business with you and any monies of your own free will being exchanged.
I
guess it is easier for you to bad mouth someone than to sue them knowing
you can't win. A big mistake for you
Mr. E.S. Which by the way, after being alerted of this report, I
will be consulting my attorneys about a defamation of character law suit against you.
Your
emotional ignorance reveals that you forgot that in my position, by Law, I have
to provide letters of good standing from past States I have operated in order to operate
in any State as well as being fingerprinted and pass State and Federal criminal background
checks.
Mr. E.S. Your misleading skimpy report, leaving
out facts and real truths, your racist remarks, serious accusations, name
calling and lols, tells me you obviously have issues. He, who laughs last, laughs the best. However, this is no laughing matter for me. Instead, I
will be following through on my law suit
against you. Or you may decide to settle out of court with me.
Mr. E.S. Through this medium, I'll give you only one chance and forgive you with a satisfactory public retraction and apology to me from you that would get you out of this mess before I take legal action and it really gets ugly for you and your family.
I can't believe this blunder move you have made. Don't blunder again and believe I am bluffing. So that you know, trouble like this is my friend, for I get more than double for my troubles. Mr. E.S. you are hereby put on 72 hour notice to respond.
My rebuttal for the record:
I
claim to be Jorge Diaz Jr., because that is who I am and that is my birth
name on my birth certificate and my adult state licenses and voter registration.
I have been in the field of real estate 30 years and finance over 25 years. I am a Certified Realty Planner, real estate investor and real estate mentor. I presently hold a Real Estate Brokers License in the financial capital of the world, New York. As well as having been past licensed in real estate, insurance, banking in several other States and a Certified Financial Planner. I am presently an associate of Primerica Financial Services here in Fort Myers, Florida. I have references, clients, associates and do business with them around the world.
I am a member of Faith Fellowship Church in Fort Myers Florida, and a volunteer for the childrens ministry as an assistant teacher and also a volunteer assistant minister clown for a clown ministry that visits the childrens cancer hospitals throughout Florida. My licenses are held by the State of New York and Florida. I am an official Florida resident, gun permit holder and registered voter.
While living in New York, in 2004 I planned for 2 years to retire in 2006 to the Sunny State of Florida on my 50th. Birthday,
April 15th. Mr. E.S. No one is looking
for me, nor have I stolen or running and hiding. In fact, I am a pretty easy guy to find as well I
personally answer and return all my emails and phone calls.
I was encouraged and inspired to come out of retirement to share my experience
and knowledge with other career minded individual entrepreneurs who have the same love and
passion I have for real estate and who have the desire to succeed in this tough
business, especially during these trying of economic times. Mr. E.S. I misjudged you in believing the same about you.
I have been fully transparent, I put everything in writing and record my company meetings
and trainings for FREE replay. Would a con artist from New York living in Florida do that? I don't think so. All my clients know where I live, what I
look like; have been presented my bio and credentials, (including you Mr. E.S.). Your gutless, faceless report speaks volumes about you.
Many have been to my home or homes and I at theirs. We have broken bread, played a couple of games of billiards, table tennis, darts, playing along with my musical instruments, listening to music, dancing and talking about how we can improve our career development.
I
am not a real estate guru. I don't sell real estate systems or Ebooks, I give them away. I don't do taxes, sell insurance, have a
travel agency or sell Amway. I tell everyone this is not a get rich quick
scheme or (MLM) get 3 people who get 3 people who get 3 people. Only real
estate and finance related. I am a business man and investor living a life style like a working vacation.
Mr. Eric Shafer, (EXPOSED).
I am fortunate enough that I call no one
first, I return calls. Ironically and coincidentally, Mr. Eric Shafer who called me was referred
by a mentor of apartment building investing we both share that we both paid
separate at separate times.
Mr. Eric Shafer has a full time job in the middle of nowhere with no communication with 7 hours drive to his home for the weekends. Mr. Eric Shafer has limited cash, limited income and limited credit, no experience whatsoever and wants to be a big time apartment building investor.
Several
hours of FREE consultation with Mr. Eric
Shafer over the weeks, comprehensive emails to him outlining the commercial loan
process, documents and prior to agreements (he signed) and he concurring to the challenges he
faced, especially identifying and sending us apartment buildings he has no
contract on, which means he has no deal. In
addition, offering my advice on his risks, weaknesses and what he needed to do to
fill in the gaps to be realistic, he decided to move forward. I did not twist his arm.
It
would have been easier for me to give Mr.
Eric Shafer his one time life time retainer refund when he asked for it,
but I decided against it as he asked for it after he attended private company meetings, received FREE, valuable products, tools,
information and advice that cost me years and 1,000's of hours in research,
education and $1,000's of real dollars. This begs the question: Who
is really the con artist here from Indiana?
Mr. Eric Shafer, you should have accepted my past
remedies and advice. For your complaints amount to simply that you were not told what you
wanted to hear. That is not how I
consult or mentor. Instead, I am now your nemesis while you
face a potential law suit.
