Diet ZX,Diet ZX AM PM, THINWAY, ripoff, VERY DISHONEST DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY consumer fraud ripoff VAN NUYS California
On,September 6 ,2002 I saw a advertisement on T.V.and thought I would try it.So I called the 1-800-373-0489 and placed the order for "Four Month Free Trial"of Burn Fat and Carbs AM and PM vrtsions.
I was told that I could receive both am. and pm. for shipping and handing charge of 6.95 per. bottle the total being 8 bottles.This was a 55.60 charge.I went ahead and give them my credit card number to put the charge on it.(I thought it was a good price for 8 bottles)
Was charged to my card within 8 days of order for 55.60.
I was told that it would be here in 7 to 10 days,I waited and nothing. I waited till October 1,2002 to call again and I was told to give it 2 more weeks. so I did. Again nothing. On 10\28\02
I called again and this time I was told that it most be lost and they had to look for it and call back in a week.
When I tried to call back I could not get throw a message said that I could not call this number from where I was. But this is the same number that I had been calling.Then I know something was not right here.
I have called back and still I am told that my order has been sent but nothing. So one should look into this companies like this it's not right for people to get away with ripping off people.
This is One very dishonest company! and I will never do business on line again or T.V. AGAIN. This has showed me it's not safe.
