Digit El Maxio Terry Thomas and Rachel Higgs I was not paid my paycheck as describe in our employment agreement. Temecula CA
I was offered a job with them on a probation period for 30 days after which I would be paid and then be concerned for a permanent position, I completed my 30 days and did the work that was asks of me and never was able to receive my paycheck. They kept saying it was in the mail because probation employees had to get their first check via the mail. I have called on several occasions and was kept being told that it was sent. Weeks went by and still never received it, so I reached out to an attorney to see if I can sue them for uncollected wages owed me. I would not recommend working with them. They have packages come to your home and then you have to reship them to people using labels that they provide.
