Digital Altitude Aspire Mislead me with their lack of information Digital Altitude, LLC 16192 Coastal Hwy Lewes, DE Internet
To Whom this may Concern,
My problem is with not been given all the information i needed to make a good go of this business. When i joined Digital Altitude Sept 11 2016 they said they give complete training and that all information to become a success with this company would be given to me by my coaches.
So I went and joined my first coach Sebastian Apelbaum never told me that i had to be an affiliate if i wanted to market this business. I had 8 training calls with him the only price he gave me was for $1900.00USDs or about $3000,00 in my currency (New Zealand Dollars)
After Sebastian i had 3 other coaches Joe Kennedy, Jamie Dent and Justin Arrington of which i would have had at least 12 coaching calls with and none of them told me i had to be an affiliate either. I did all the Morning calls and listened to as many recorded calls as i could.
After i completed step 18 the traffic training was open up to me and i was told to start driving trffic to my link. I started to do exactly what they told me to do over the next month and a bit i paid for traffic and sent over 2000 visitors to my link that i paid for.
I was able to check my stats through my back office and was wondering why i hadn't got at least one sign up for the $1 trial. About 10 days ago i was locked out of my stats so i brought the matter up with support and then with Jamie Dent who said she would follow my matter but she never ever got back to me so i sent a follow up to support asking them for a refund.
They replied that I was outside the refund wndow and that because i hadn't paid the $17 affiliate fee (that i had no idea there was such a thing before this happened) they weren't able to pay me any commisions. I don't have any trust in Digital Altitude any more and have exhausted every other avenue but seems no-one can help me because im in New Zealand.
