Digital InforMedica - Paid for a product and was promised to be dilivered and never was Nashville Tennessee
We had ordered an On-Hold messaging product from Mr. McKay claiming he was the owner of Digital InfoMedia. The product was a recorded message to be used when one puts a customer on hold they would hear a message talking about our clinic.
We paid $721.00 in full to Mr. McKay around March 3 of 2009 in the form of a check, which cleared our account within a matter of days. He had promised us the recording plus the digital on hold player to hook up so it would play on our phone system within a week. Our recording was to be done in two languages. That was also included in the price. A week went by and nothing happened. This went on for several moths. We contacted Mr. McKay in several occasions and all he did was say, We will get the product next week. He would also tell us he will return our calls and never would. We would have to call him again. After four months we have yet to receive our product and equipment as promised by Mr. McKay, he has also declined to refund any monies to us.
We feel he is a dishonest business man and has no ethics what so ever. Mr. McKay has also disregarded contact from our lawyer. At this point we are in the process of seeking legal action with Mr. McKay. On the little communication we did have with Mr. McKay, he list two different addresses. (((REDACTED))). We just want the public to know of this dishonest business man and to be careful on doing business with him.
We know have to take more money to sue this person in court. Take time off from our busy schedule. This is very inconvenience to our company.
