This company is a complete ripoff and liars. They advertised a camera for $249. Got an email confirmation for $274 and a message to call them about the order. They then informed me I had not ordered the battery for the camera or the charger. I said I never heard of a point and shoot not having a battery or charger included. They swore that Olympus did nto include this special waterproof battery but they would sell it to me for $19.99 instead of the usual $79. I said I okay because I was driving and could not verify what he was saying. When I got home I went online and of course as I suspected the camera does come with a lithium battery and charger. I went to my bank online to see if the order had been processed so I could try and stop it but it had already been put through. They charged my $358. No explanation of charges and no new email with the additional items or prices. I tried calling them but they are closed unil next week. This was a complete scam and they put $100 of unauthorized charges on my credit card. I am reporting them to the nY state AG office and my bank will have to fight this fraud. Total misery. DO NOT USE this company.
