Digitalnerds - Camera Wiz - Everyprice Sold me defective camera, charged me 20% restocking to return it, abusive customer service people ripoff Brooklyn New York
Digital Nerds dba the Camera Wiz which seems to be part of Everyprice.com sold me a defective camera and then charged me a 20% restocking fee to return it. Customer service was EXTREEMLY ABUSIVE.
I tried to post a bad review on Everyprice.com's website but was prevented from doing so by their software. If you look at the reviews on their site, Digital Nerds walk on water. If you Google them, the results are DRASTICLY different. The reviews are very bad. Everyprice.com must be in cahoots with or part of Digital nerds.
I have reported them to Master Card. I am concerned that despite having paid the restocking fee, I won't get my money back.
