DIGITALNOW TV Complete Rip Off WILMINGTON Delaware
This customer is telling the truth. The same thing has happened to me. I should have received my TV on 8/23/2005. I haven't received the TV and they are unreachable. My downpayment was for 150.00. I am taking this matter up with the State Attorney's office to press charges for fraud. This company is ripping people off left and right and has to stop.
I received the information in the mail to sign and send back and got told the same sad story of the system being out of stock. It has been almost a year since I made the payment of 150.00 on 7/22/2005. And still no TV. No one offered me a refund because I haven't been able to contact this company. The numbers are no longer in service or there is this recording on the line about the mailbox no longer exist. I wish I could just get my hands on someone's neck at that company. The last thing that I need is for someone else to waste my money. Of coarse my lawsuit will be asking for interest on my money. I haven't received the TV, a refund, a replacement, or an offer of accomodation. Here almost a year has pasted since I made the initial down payment.
