Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was contacted to advertise in the course guide for the local course in Bristol, TN, Bristol Golf Course.   The sales guy said it would be on a hole description but from talking to another person there, it turns out it was only going to be on the score card which is very small.   Old bait and switch.  Their response was on, Ray is new, he was confused.  Riiighht.   Anyway, I agreed to advertising and was told I would be sent a proof.  Never happened.   I even texted the guy who had texted me a picture of the score card and had given me such a great deal, that I was not receiving anything and if they obviously didn't have to go to print soon since I had not received anything.  He said he would look into it.  Week went by, maybe 2 and again I texted him, still nothing.  He told me to look for something from direct fairways.  I did that and even looked in spam and junk mail, did a search, nothing.  So again I texted him and said I would be contacting my cc company.

Over the weekend of April 29th, he finally told me to send him a business card which I sent a picture of via text to him.  He said he would have them send a proof Monday.   Monday, nothing.   So I texted him back. He said they sent me a proof on March 29th, to which I replied, impossible, I only sent you a business card on April 30th and had searched for something from them mid April and found nothing.   So they didn't send it to me.   Today, I received an email finally, May 2nd, that told me it had already gone to print.  Hmmmm.  Then in a second email sent me the proof of what they were printing for the world to see.  They used my billing address which is NOT my business address, and this coud be very dangerous.  That is NOT okay.  The email I recieved on May 2nd says that if they don't hear anything back within 7 days they assume it is okay.  That is a very bad way to do business since I never received any email or any proof.  Calling my lawyer tomorrow and the golf course because they will be held responsible too for this.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
