Direct Freight Rude, ripoff, inhuman, poor data base, low riced heavy oads Chillcothe Missouri
First, I am done with OTR, 3.21.2016..cant make money, and taking a daily job as a company driver, $200 less than OTR pay, compnay offers (intermodal) home everyday and freee weekends, $200 less than 24/7 OTR gone 5 weeks i am not buying plates April 1st one. Called Direct frieght left message that I wanted to cancel. I, emailed, left message, no response to cancel subscription. I called when I got an email they could not find my account. When I talked to Michelle? she said there were 4 accounts I had, so they lied about not being able to find my account. Then, I had to give her my Cedit card infor to find the active account I had just been billed for. I informe her my truck was in the shop 1400 miles away, I am home and noit needing the service. She said my account will be terminated at the end of April although I told her I dod not need the service. Jerks. My experience has been the loads are late, 99% gone when you call the broker and 90% TQL which is the kiss of death to the trucking industry. Direct Freight is a scam. You should report them to your states attrney Genreal take the time to get these people out of busienss. They are rude, lazy and a ripp off as a load board. Red Baron 3.24.2016
