ON MARCH 8TH I EMAILED DIRECT JAIL CALLS IMMEDIATELY
AFTER MY SERVICE WAS BLOCKED AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE CALLS FROM MY LOVED

MIND YOU I WAS ABLE TO USE THIS SERVICE IF ANY THING MAYBE 4
TIMES BEFORE I WAS BLOCKED OFF COMPLETLEY

we are showing that remote call forwarding has been detected on the line and
the phone number has been blocked.

 Eric: For security
reasons, we do not allow calls to go through call diverters. Calls from jails
need to be secure and investigators need to be able to audit and track calls to
recipients; therefore, there are strict rules about how calls can be routed
outside of correctional facilities. We have detected that you are using a call
diversion scheme to terminate calls; therefore, your usage has been
blocked. 

 Eric: To unblock the
number you can fax a copy of your telephone bill to Securus at 972-***-****.
Please allow up to 2 business days for the block to be removed.

 Eric: Is there
anything else I may assist you with at this time?
 Eric: Do you have a
need for further assistance?  If no

physical number to accept the calls.
