I was called by dld and offered their long distance package risk free. Their agent explain it all to me and then stated int 100% risk free money back quanitee. After hearing that is i did not like the service provide I would get a full refund, i said yes to tha offer. A short time later I received my calling cards and tried to use them.

The first call i made i was cut off and the instruction on how to dail started again. So I tried again to call and was cut off again. I called customer

service explained that i tried to make calls and was cut off. I then ask to cancel the service and get a refund. I was told that I would get a refund to my credit card. About a week went by I was checking my statement and no refund. I call to see what had happen, and was told it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to get on my account.

After hearing its standard operating procedure to many time, I asked to talk with a supervisor. she said that she would work on getting my refund done sooner. well later i checked back with my credit card, no refund. I called back to this supervisor and asked why, she started with the 1 to 2 monthes, then I asked if you take $64 from over thousand people put in your bank instanted of refunding it to them and held it for two months making interest does this add up to alot of money, and does it sound like fraud.

She replaied yes to my question. then I thanked her for her answer and remind her that she is recording this she tried to cover it up. She then said I'll get back with you tomorrow with when you will get your refund. I never got a call. I called and asked for her supervisor and was told I cant speak with them. I still have no refund and they still have my money making money wtih it.

Well, here is how i got my refund from DLD in a shorter time frame than DLD was willing to give it back. Each day I call there Customer service line and asked of an up date on when i would see my refund. When the rep would give me the 1 to 2 months, I would ask for a supervisor. When that didn't work,I ask for the supervisor boss.(which they would not give out)I call the phone number in Calif. Left message and complaints with them. Filed reports with everyone I could think of. After about two week i got my refund. so call there so called customer service everyday and ask. Everyone there knew me and did not want to talk with me. So it worked. I'm still going to continue on filling reports against this company, until someone does something to fix the preoblem.I hpe this helps others get there money back!
