I ordered the same order last year along with several others from my company and recieved my order with no problems. As I had gained some weight back, I wanted to reorder.

I placed my order for 2 3 month supply (90 tablets) of Phentermine on 12/20/2006. I received a confirmation order via email on 12/20/2006.

As of 12/27/06 I had not received a notice that my order had been filled. I checked the status on their website and it was "declined". Had a note that the physician had declined the prescription so I would be sent a "non-prescription" substitution.

I sent them an email asking if I could cancel the order as I could get "non-prescription" here in the drug store. Below is the email I received back.

Thank you for your email,

We are happy to cancel and refund your order for you. We will refund all charges but $45.00. The $45.00 will cover the cancellation and processing fees.

Please respond to this email within 48 hours, if you do not do so we will assume that you are satisfied with this email and submit the refund.

I sent them one immediately back to go ahead and send the product as I was costing me $45.00 to get $58.00 back. I have NEVER heard anything else from them. I have sent them SEVERAL emails asking for status of refund or product. I can't get an answer. So since 12/28/06 I have had NO contact from them and have not received ANYTHING. They took my $102.00 and I have NOTHING.
