Directions Van Lines RIPOFF MOVING COMPANY sunrise Florida
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for a move. They gave false promises and they are not registered with the BBB. They charged me more than what they had quoted me on my move from Chicago to LA.
They were supposed to deliver my personal belongings within 11-13 days. However, they have not delivered my belongings for over 4 weeks now! I call each day and they can't even tell me where the moving truck is and when it will be delivered. For four weeks now, I have been living out of a suitcase, as all of my personal belongings are being held "captive" by this so-called moving company.
They are a small, no-name company. They say they are licensed and bonded, which I don't believe is true. They didn't provide me with records. In addition, they are not registered with the Bureau of Better Business (BBB). I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. I am planning on taking this Company to small claims court, as it has been over a month since I picked up my goods and have still not delivered them!
Again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS!
