Directtv was told one priced charge another. never sign any contract that saids 2 year contract, if cancel must stii pay for non service Ripoff Phoenix Arizona
was told i could take directv for one year then cancel and go back to dishnetwork, then told that doesn't include the dvr recording package, but was not told this. Then i get a bill for over $75.00. but was told i would be paying $39,99 per month for 1o months then $49,99 per month for 2 months then cancel if i wanted to. Then i was told if i cancel i could be charged !2.50 per month for 2 years for not keeping directv nowhere is there a paper that i signed that saids that, when isign what i did sign i didn't have my glasses on and he saids oh that is just saying you got things hooked up o.k. when i did sign what was not a contract that saids what i got or how long i had to keep it. i called the guy up and told them to disconnect anyway.
