Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I understand that cable companys, etc. want their money, but they should not be allowed to automatically debit it out of your account AFTER your service has been disconnected, nor should they be allowed to still add charges to an account that has been shut off for non-payment. On August 21, 2015, DirecTV debited 613 dollars out of my school account. I used that debit card for a ONE TIME payment and was not signed up for auto bill pay at any time. I did not give my consent for that amount (or any amount for that matter) to be taken out of my account, nor would I seeing as the money that had been put on my card that same day was to pay from Financial Aid! They need to be stopped from doing this to people. No other company that I know of has ever done this. I've filed a claim with my card company and had my card cancelled.

No its NOT illegal for them to do this since YOU AGREED TO IT!!!! WHY is it always a SCAM?? Did YOU just NOT READ??? Remember when those nice workmen came to YOUR home?? Remember that there was a few pieces of paper that YOU had to sign?? RIGHT THERE is where YOU FAILED to protect yourself with a basic skill like READING!!! YOU signed and agreed that THEY could take whatever REMAINING balance YOU had left from the ACTIVE card YOU have on file. Just because YOU didnt feel like paying them doesnt mean that THEY are going to just let you skip out on it. That is WHY they had you sign that paperwork when you started the service. ANY ETF and ANY remaining balance is what YOU agreed to. YOU cant NOW complain that your account has been tapped when YOU said they could do so. While unfortunate for YOU, the reality is that YOU AGREED TO THIS!!! And to add insult to the injury, you wont be getting that money back at all!!! THEY can provide to your credit card company the paperwork YOU signed agreeing to the terms and conditions. So its going to show the credit card company that YOU were ACTIVLY trying to SCAM THEM out of money that YOU LEGALLY OWED!!! Sorry to say this but.......ITS NOT A RIPOFF WHEN YOU TELL THEM THAT THEY CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!1
