I am a victim too William. Joyce is right and the rest of the consumers. You're not the victim that's why you don't feel bad about it. But if you will be a victim one day. I think we have the last laugh!!!! So I'm thankful to those consumers who complains this their situation, at least we lessen the victims. I guess you are not that concern WILLIAM! because you're being selfish, you think only YOURSELF!!!!

I HAVE DIRECWAY SATELLITE SERVICES AND i AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. HAVE HAD SOME PROBLEMS BECAUSE OF SOME BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS BUT THAT WAS TO BE EXPECTED AND WAS TOLD THIS BY INSTALLER. WEATHER HAS TO BE SEVERE THOUGH. SIGNAL BEEN TO BE HAS TO BE GREATER THAN 30 IN STRENGTH AND MINE HAS BEE WELL ABOVE THAT. RIGHT NOW AT 90 AND DOING REAL WELL =FASTEST LOADS I'VE HAD EVEN FASTER THAN CABLE. I EVEN HAD TO REFORMAT MY HARDDRIVE AND LOST SERVICE COMPLETELY BUT TECH BY PHONE HELPED TO GET ON LINE AGAIN.I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER SO FAR. GREAT INGENUITY AND I'M PLEASED WITH IT.
