On 12/11/2016 I ordered the remote control Shark and Nemo fish.  

On 12/12/2016 the company took out of my account 79.90.

On 12/20/2016 I received an emil:

This email said that my order was ship and to arrive within 1-2 weeks.  This has been 3 weeks and I still do not have the order.  Could you please track the package or give me my money back.  Not receiving this package has ruined my plans for my husbands birthday.  I have has to rush and get him something else.  Sherrie Crawshaw, 1509 Hull Valley Drive Waynesville, MO 65583 I order the shark and nemo remote control fish.  I have no way of tracking the package Please HELP!!!!
