Elvisa, I'm sorry to hear that you've become a victim of third party fraud. There is a scam running and we are working to put a stop to it. Basically the people who perpetrate this are able to convince customers by using information they've obtained already to hack our customers online accounts. Once they have done this they have access to your billing information as well as your programming and they can then make changes thus being more convincing.
