I ordered 3 items from them. They were paid by credit card. They never sent the items. I called them and they made excuses and promised credit, so I reordered 2 items using the credit and special handling numbers sent me and they never shipped that stuff either. Next I was told to file a report with my credit card company.

Because there refund machine was broken. By this time 6 months or more has past and the credit card company did not want to refund because too much time had passed. Fortunely I had kept all my coresspondence with DivinePrice.com and was able to convince the credit card company to refund my money.
