Dmitriy Elkis, who calls himself Jim Velvetman to disguise his true identity sells stuff on ebay. He overcharges on shipping and handling. "THIS ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM WAREHOUSE AND IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICK UP IN MY OFFICE" this is true, he has no warehouse, no office.
He's listing stuff out of catalogs like northerntool and such. He puts the item price a few dollars below catalog prices and adds a hefty amount on shipping. He then orders it through the catalog and has it shipped to you. Of couse northerntool includes an invoice showing exact item price as well as shipping and handling. What a ripoff!
But that's not all. I then complainted and ask for a partial refund of overcharged shipping cost. Since then he's been harassing me and sending me spam with his sick gay fantasies. As if I care what he does with his boyfriend.
Anwyays, never buy from this guy on ebay! His userid is kovalsky1. Stay away or he'll rip you off and then harass and spam you.

Individual named Daniel Garber is well known criminal and he has a rap sheet 20 pages long. his Criminal offences are mostly revolve around mail fraud . In the last few months he tried to sell mining claims on ebay . He never owned any claims of course and people who send him checks were deprived of their savings . Now there is a class action lawsuit in working agaist him . he is also under the investigation by the authorities in these states that he used as a base for his criminal enterprise , namely Texas and Arkansas. There is a 5000$ reward for the unformation leading to apprehention of this criminal . His latest thereabouts are in the state of florida where he moved last week when the heat in Arkansas became too much him. If you know of his whereabouts please dont hesitate to contact your local law inforsment agencies
