It all started when we were looking into buying a new car . we looked at a car and were very intrested. we wanted to test drive the car. we filled out the paper work for the car while we waited. we never got to test drive the car . We were also told that the car was in great shape and only had one owner that was a little old lady. after we fill out the paper work we come outside to find its a completely diffrent car then we had been looking at. and since they went ahead and processed the paper work we had no choice but to take the car. Now for over a year we have had nothing but problem with this car.For over a year we had the car in 7 times because the car rattles. makes a cracking noise in the steering column, and the check engine light turns off and on and they say either there is nothing wrong with the car or they dont have time to give us an appointment. After heavey agrivation , irritation and lots of money spent I do more online investigation I find out there is recalls and the car.

Also after pulling the carfax history report I find out the car had three previous owners one being a rental car company. None of them a little old lady who barley drove it. So after all my reaserch I print out all the information. And go into the shop. There I was passed thru three people the first one tried to help but he was just a floor guy. The second guy took me to the third guy. And the third guy in the maintance dept was nastey to me. I showed him all the information I had I was told carfax isnt real information witch I know is a crook of crap. After some arguing the man finally decided to look at the car for about thirty seconds and sees the check engine light on and says i guess there is something wrong with the car. So on 9/05/08 after all the problems we have delt with for over a year he says we will fix it at no charge since i already paid 6 times to have it fixed. I was also told I would have my car in two days. we dropped the car off on 9/06/08 and get a rental car. I just got my car back today 9/15/08 11 days latter. not only was it 11 days latter but they refused to let us even look at our car without giving them $100 to get it back.Pretty much holding our car hostage. Also they could not tell me why they lied about the owners of the vehicle. Everytime I try to get this figured out I just get shiffted from person to person this car is a lemon.
