Antwerpen Dodge waste of time dirty ripoff liars Randallstown Maryland
Antwerpen Dodge Randallston Ripoff/Misleading/False Advertising/Waste of Time/Should be shot /dirty ripoff liars Randallstown Maryland .....
Antwerpen Dodge in Randallstown has a 1-800 number it advertises in a commercial promising $5,000 trade in value for any car you can "push, pull or tow"($5,000) and driving away for $1 (down payment) and no one turned down (bad credit)
This is all a BIG lie. I called at 6:30 in the morning and gave all my information (work/residence/ss#) to an operating who was asleep. I followed up with Dodge 5:00 that evening and was told by Crystal at Antwerpen Dodge, "Congratulations you are approved". I was told by Crystal to come down at 7:00 p.m. with proof of information and to pick out a car.
When I arrived (after being given wrong directions) Crystal handed me over to a salesman named Chris who told me that all the information given on the phone was just to "get me in the door". (so what happened to my approval?) I was then asked what money I had for a down payment. I was then told that there was nothing more he could do for me because he can not call banks after 7 p.m.
When I left I called the manager Karen back to complain, she said "Oh I am sorry, Crystal must not have known that we can not call the banks after 7:00 p.m., sorry" (what about my 6:30 a.m. phone application that Crystal told me I was approved from?)
Funny thing is I heard calls in the parking lot over the loud speaker (for another hour) asking for people in the finance department. I witnessed other people walking around the lot with Saleman looking at cars.
What good is the dealership if it closes at 9 p.m. My best friend's mom was at an Antwerpen dealership (kia) less than a week ago around 8 p.m. and financed her new car and drove home that night.
I stress to anyone considering Antwerpen as a dealership "Save Your Time and Money!" These people do not deserve your dollars.
