dollar tree Dollar tree employee named Joe told me to come down and return my defective merchandize and when I did he told me he spoke to his manager lewis and was told not to allow any return. the merchandize was 20 pair of reading glasses that were all defective! canandaigua new York
I purchased 20 pair of reading glasses from dollar tree and thay said my receipt was in the bag when I got home there was no receipt! I called them immediately and they said they don't have it, I must have lost it. The glasses all broke in less then a few weeks! I always shop there and I ask to return the defective merchandize and Joe said I remember u, yes bring them down.
I did so today and he was there and he said his boss Lewis told him not to! I argued with lewis on the phone with no results!
