Dollar Tree -Not Paying Overtime and Requiring Employees to Work Off-The-Clock , Nationwide, Florida
If you or someone you know currently works for, or has ever worked for, Dollar Tree Stores- we want to hear from you. Our lawfirm has filed a class action on behalf of current and former employees of Dollar Tree who has worked hours off-the-clock for which they were not paid, such as working through lunch and not paid for that time, and running errands for the store (ie: going to the bank) and not paid for that time. Also, if you ever worked over 40 hours in a week (overtime) and not compensated at the overtime rate of time and one-half, we want to hear from you too.
