I am sorry you don't have more recourse other than to defend yourself here. For the record, I am a customer of DollyHair and have always had nothing but excellent customer service. N-

Benai, as I said, e-mail me your mailing address and I will have you served with the court paperwork. Stop being a coward and hiding behind false names and lies. Stop being a malicious person and trying to being me down. Your accusations are so far-fetched that no one in their right mind would possibly believe them, and all people have to do is look up your company, International Wig, on ripoffreport.com to see what kind of person you are. You are a coward, a liar, and you are mentally unstable. Stop lying about me, because I WILL find your address and I WILL have you served with a lawsuit. It is unethical for you to harass me like this. All I did was place an order from your website, and if you had shipped to me in a timely manner, I would not have contested the charges on my credit card. A customer DOES NOT DESERVE this kind of harassment just because they contested charges on their credit card. You are malicious and evil, and I will do everything in my power to sue your pants off. You have picked the WRONG person to harass.

Typical- Kristina can only blame others or another company, for her fraudulent actions. See other websites for her other complaints. She always will blame another person or another company. her poor website speaks for itself, and lack of service is the final straw. Her pathetic attempts at pointing fingers elsewhere and her absurd threats for a lawsuit are enough to make one seriously wonder about the mental stability of this girl. Email us for a recent picture of her if you need, as she is selling good at her local flea market from China that have been recalled. One word for this woman sums it up= Disgusting.

But unfortunately, There is no "Adam" for me to sue, there is only Benai. And she covers her tracks well. I haven't been able to find her address. Benai, if you TRULY want me to "bring in" (as you put it) the lawsuit, why don't you e-mail me your mailing address so that I can have you served with the proper paperwork? You know where to find me. ... and I think that a real attorney would be a better writer and speller than what we're seeing here, right? Education would dictate that.

My name is Adam, and I am an attorney in Mass. I filed this complaint. She is full of bull, saying other peoples names and websites that have nothing to do with this situation. I personally welcome a lawsuit from her= it will bring her fraud out in the open! So kindly bring it in, Kristin Amantula! Your beyond unreal and should be thrown from the Internet!

Can you believe the extent to which Benai Noeller (aka Benai Resnic), the owner of www.internationalwig.com, has gone to try to make me look bad? I am stunned. All the more reason for you to NEVER buy from internationalwig.com. As I said before, I made a purchase from them a few months ago. Well, my credit card statement arrived, the charges were on it, and my items still had not arrived. Once my credit card statement arrived, it had been over a month since I'd placed my order. So I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I wasn't willing to pay for something that I hadn't received. And that was ALL I DID to make this woman angry. Once she found out about the fact that I'd disputed the charges, she started sending me incredibly harassing and insulting e-mails, the likes of which I'd NEVER seen before. If you'd like to see them, e-mail me at [email protected] and I'll show them to you. I saved all of her e-mails. To top it off, she googled my name, found out that I own Dollyhair.com, and is now trying to bring me down. PLEASE don't EVER order from www.internationalwig.com. Just look what this woman is doing to me. This could happen to you too. And you can also search ripoffreport.com for all of the terrible reports that have been filed on www.internationalwig.com. The other people have been verbally harassed as well. This kind of terrible customer service is unprecedented. I will be filing a lawsuit against Benai for harassment. This has gone too far. Please don't believe a word of what she's said. It's all untrue. 100% UNTRUE.

The below response is absurd and totally bogus. I have not ordered with another company nor am I any wig company. I have proof of her charges and her vile emails. BEWARE all doll hair, pretty pony and wonderful people- do not get taken by this scam seller of Dolly Hair steer far away! You wont get your stuff! You will get a headache and stress!

Hello, everyone. Tina from Dollyhair.com here. Please know that ALL of the above information is TOTALLY BOGUS and completely fabricated. Here's what happened: I placed a personal order from internationalwig.com. A lot of drama ensued, and they treated me very badly. THEY called ME every name in the book. Go ahead and check out the rip-off report reviews on this company. You will see that there are many. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau because International Wig had treated me so horrendously, and they retaliated against me by finding out that I own Dollyhair.com and submitting this totally bogus report on ripoffreport.com. As I said, please don't believe a word of it. Every bit of it is totally untrue. I am going to look into having this removed, if possible. You won't find any other bad reviews on me or on Dollyhair.com anywhere else on the internet. Everything that you will find will tell you that I go out of my way to treat my customers well. And please don't ever place an order from internationalwig.com. As you can see, these people are vile.
